Driver/Groundskeeper Eagle Healing Lodge
Job Posting (07-15-2026) – For General Competition
Job Summary:
To transport Eagle Healing Lodge Clients to programs and events in a safe and courteous manner. Flexibility to work schedule based on programming needs, which can vary from daytime to evening and weekends. Maintain EHL building and grounds on a regular basis which includes seasonal duties.
ABILITIES NEEDED:
Must have a courteous pleasant personality
Must be able to drive when required
Must have a good and safe driving record
Must be knowledgeable of road conditions, directions of surrounding areas.
Must be willing to work on weekends and evenings
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide upkeep of EHL grounds including: lawncare, building maintenance, winter upkeep
Will transport clients in a safe efficient manner
Will care and maintain vehicle and ensure it is in good state
Will ensure that the vehicle is kept clean
Will maintain confidentiality in all respect to clients
Maintain daily drive logs/checklist
Report any incidents to Supervisor in a timely matter
Communicate effectively with EHL staff and Health Administration
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Class 4 Driver’s License or higher, and provide current driver’s abstract
It is an asset for the driver to speak Cree
Must provide current CWIS & CRIM check
