Current programs: 

Rec Nights:  Monday-Friday 6-9pm. Ages 12+

Monday, Tuesday and Friday @ KA gymnasium, half basketball half volleyball with the workout equipment open for ages 15+.

Wednesday and Thursday @ the Youth Centre (either basketball or volleyball for intermediate and up players)
