Job Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean safe environment for children and to transport children to and from home to Head Start in a safe and comfortable manner.
Education and Qualifications:
- Should have a general knowledge of procedures related to sanitation and health standards
- Certificate of Custodial Training and/or related experience
- Must have WHIMIS/Confined Space and other related certificates in handling chemicals
- Valid First Aid and CPR in Certification in child care
- Must submit a clear up-to-date Criminal Record Check and CWIS Check for security clearance prior to interview
- Must have a Class 4 Driver License and provide a copy of Drivers Abstract
- Must have an unbiased and positive attitude in dealing with the general public
- Must be able to speak and understand Cree
- Must be alcohol and drug free
